" After a high recommendation from a neighbor who does work for ADC, we decided to ask Steve and Pat to work on a proposal for us. After a few meetings with them, we realized they were regular guys and not hot shot show boats "like some builders out there". Honestly was important to us when making an investment like this, and honestly is what we got from them. We were very pleased with the quality of our home. " Steve, I was traveling last week or I would’ve gotten to you sooner. I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with Luke and Wes. You said there would be a final walk through after the first year and any problems would be taken care of. While I wasn’t there, Tricia was. She said Luke and Wes exceeded all of our expectations. Not only did the fix the 4-5 minor items she had but pointed out another dozen or more minor imperfections and fixed those too! You’ve done everything you said you would and more.
