Even as he earned his degree in architecture, Patrick Knobbe, founding partner of Advance Design & Construction, was already immersed in the residential design that he is most passionate about. “The Internet has made the industry more competitive than ever, with homeowners that are more educated and involved than they were 10 years ago,” he said, “And that’s what continues to make us more innovative in our design and more sophisticated in creating the level of detail that we’re known for.”

An avid user of the company’s 3D design system and online process software, Knobbe is in his element providing design and drafting throughout every phase of construction. “This is a partnership between us and the buyer to create what they want – and that means making it custom to the last detail.”
